• We reserve the right to cancel any order where a promotion has been applied incorrectly or in breach of these terms.

• Any misuse of promotions, as determined at our sole discretion, may result in order cancellation.

Subscribe & Save Tiered Discounts

1. The offer. The Subscribe & Save tiered discount applies to active subscriptions at New Zealand Honey Co. Your discount increases with the number of subscription orders fulfilled:
   • Orders 1–3: 20% off
   • Orders 4–7: 23% off
   • Orders 8+: 25% off
2. When it starts. Your tiered discount activates after your next subscription order is processed. From that point on, the applicable tier rate is applied to your future orders.
3. How tiers work. Your tier is based on the number of successfully fulfilled and paid subscription orders on your active subscription. Once you reach a new tier, that rate is retained for all future orders for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.
4. Skipping & amending. You may skip an order, change products, or amend your delivery frequency at any time without affecting your tier. Skipped orders do not count toward tier progression.
5. Cancellation & restart. If you cancel and later start a new subscription, your tier resets to Tier 1 (20%). Progress is not transferable between subscriptions or between accounts.
6. Excluded products. The Subscribe & Save discount does not apply to:
   • Daily Spoon
   These products are not eligible for the tiered discount, even when added to an eligible subscription. If purchased through a subscription, they will be charged at their standard subscription or one-off price.
7. Combining offers. The Subscribe & Save discount can be used together with Colourclub Rewards. It cannot, however, be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, or sitewide sales unless expressly stated. Where those offers overlap, the higher applicable discount applies.
8. Pricing & changes. Discounts apply to the product price and exclude shipping, taxes, and duties where applicable. New Zealand Honey Co. reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the programme, or change tier thresholds and rates, at any time. Any change will not reduce a tier you have already unlocked while your subscription remains active.
9. Eligibility. The programme is available to customers in regions where New Zealand Honey Co. offers subscriptions on the newzealandhoneyco.eu website. Standard subscription terms and our general Terms of Service apply.

The Tasting Trio — Buy Two, Get the Third Free

Buy any two eligible 125g jars and receive a third free. The following terms apply to the Tasting Trio offer on the EU and DE stores.

1. The offer applies to 125g jars of MGO 850+, MGO 1130+ and MGO 1300+ only, purchased on the EU store (newzealandhoneyco.eu) and the DE store (newzealandhoneyco.de).
2. Add three eligible 125g jars to your cart; the lowest-priced eligible jar is automatically discounted to free at checkout. Grades may be mixed and matched freely.
3. The value of the free jar equals the lowest-priced eligible item in the cart. Multiples are permitted: every third eligible jar in an order is free, with no cap per order.
4. Cannot be combined with other product discounts or promotional shipping offers. Order-level discount codes and Colourclub reward redemptions may be applied to a qualifying order.
5. Always on. Available while stocks last. No cash alternative. New Zealand Honey Co. reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time.
6. Refunds are calculated pro-rata across the bundle.
7. Standard shipping thresholds apply — free delivery on orders over €50. The free jar is discounted to €0 and therefore does not count toward that threshold; a qualifying trio exceeds it regardless.

Orders, Third-Party Gifts & Marketplace Purchases

We are only able to assist with, investigate, and resolve orders placed directly with us. We accept no responsibility for products received through gifts, giveaways, promotions, organisations, or support groups, as these are supplied by third parties outside our control.

If we are unable to trace or verify the origin of an order due to insufficient information, we reserve the right to refuse any replacement or reshipment request. Any attempt to obtain products through threats, intimidation, or coercion will not be tolerated.

For purchases made through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Walmart, all order-related concerns—including shipping, returns, refunds, and delivery issues—must be directed to the customer support team of the platform where the purchase was made. As these orders are managed and fulfilled through the respective marketplace, we are unable to assist with them directly and recommend contacting the platform’s support channel for the fastest resolution.
