Free EU Shipping on Orders Over €50
We offer free shipping across the European Union for all orders above €50. Orders below €50 will incur a small shipping fee. All orders include tracking information once dispatched. Shipments are fulfilled via UPS or DHL.

Product Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy within the EU. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, opened food products cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@newzealandhoneyco.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@newzealandhoneyco.com. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be fully refunded. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the order upon delivery.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days at hello@newzealandhoneyco.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
