Free Shipping on Orders Over €50
We offer free shipping on orders above €50 to the following countries in the European Union: Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Poland.
Orders below €50 will incur a small shipping fee. All orders include tracking information once dispatched. Shipments are fulfilled via UPS or DHL.

We are unable to ship to any other European Union country outside of Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and Poland.

Any taxes, customs, or import duties that may apply on delivery are the customer's responsibility.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. For hygiene and safety reasons, partially used or opened food items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Here's how it works:
- Get in touch. Email us at hello@newzealandhoneyco.com with your order number or use our online withdrawal form and the reason for your return.
- We'll send instructions. We'll confirm your return is eligible and give you the correct return address for your location.
- Send it back. Post your item back to us. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived defective or damaged, we cover it.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (allow up to 10 business days depending on your bank).
